The PILOT Project

PILOT: Pursuing Intentional Learning in Organizations Together

The Pursuing Intentional Learning in Organizations Together (PILOT) Project aims to bridge the gap between graduating students and non-academic professionals.

This four-week series will provide graduate students with insights and practical strategies for transitioning from academia to non-academic careers.

In partnership with guest speakers from the Michigan Department of Agriculture and Rural Development (MDARD), we aim to offer a holistic exploration of the challenges and opportunities associated with pursuing professional paths beyond academia.

Virtual meetings are held on Tuesdays and Thursday at 4 p.m. via Zoom. To sign up for any of the workshops, complete this form and use the information found within.
