The Graduate School at Michigan State University is committed to collaborating with important on- and off-campus partners to increase MSU's capacity for inclusive excellence in mentoring for and by graduate students. Graduate students exist with in an educational ecosystem whereby undergraduates, graduate students, postdocs, and faculty engage with each other to produce high quality scholarship, research, and creative works.

Funding agencies and disciplinary societies are recognizing the importance of high quality mentoring in promoting equity in colleges and universities. This website will contain resources that graduate students, postdocs and faculty can use as they seek to improve their own mentoring practices and/or engage in unit-level policy change to promote high quality and inclusive mentoring on campus.
