Your Well-Being

Well-being can be understood as "an optimal and dynamic state that allows people to achieve their full potential." It is important to recognize that what well-being looks like is heavily influenced by our current context as well as our histories, cultures, and family backgrounds. It also shifts considerably with our life stage, so it is important to continually reassess and reimagine what we can do to support our own well-being and the well-being of our community.
