Michigan Leadership Education in Neurodevelopmental and Related Disabilities (MI-LEND) is an interdisciplinary leadership program that provides experiential training for Michigan's emerging leaders.
The goal is to improve the health of infants, children, and adolescents with, or at risk for, neurodevelopmental disabilities (e.g. Autism Spectrum Disorders) and other related health care needs. We utilize a peer cohort approach and mentoring to engage trainees.
