Write Winning Grants 2022, January 2022

Attention:
Doctoral Students

This two-day virtual Write Winning Grants seminar (Jan. 6 and 7, 8:30 a.m. to 12 noon each day) comprehensively addresses practical and conceptual aspects that are important to writing competitive and successful grant proposals. It is designed for faculty, graduate students, and staff who have exposure to writing grant applications and want tips and strategies for effectively presenting their research case.

The cost of $90 covers the two-day seminar and workbook. Attendees may choose NIH, NSF, USDA, or a general "any agency" workbook.

The Graduate School and COGS will pay for 50 doctoral students to attend. Preference will be given to those students who have not previously attended. Participants will be provided a copy of all the presentation slides via email along with the Zoom meeting info just before the seminar. Please note, due to the cost of this event, interested doctoral students should be planning on writing a grant in the near future.

To have the Graduate School/COGS pay the $90 registration fee, please complete the form by Thursday, December 2

UPDATE: We have received the maximum number of requests for this event. The form is now closed.

IF willing to pay the $90 fee, students can still sign up for this conference until December 9th: Write Winning Grants 2022 | Office of Research and Innovation
