While our total number of postdocs at MSU is not very big, I believe that they have an incredible impact on our academic community through research, mentoring and bringing diverse backgrounds and experience from around the world. We have two annual awards to recognize their achievements that are presented in the Spring, but they are frequently out of the spotlight. This year, we are celebrating the 11th annual National Postdoc Appreciation Week (NPAW 2020) during September 21-25, and I have a very small request:

I would like to provide a platform via FlipGrid to show our postdocs the many faces and voices of support they have from our community.
