Graduate Students
Background
This fellowship will provide a graduate student in a health-related program the opportunity to gain experience with physical activity and healthy eating trials, including trials funded by the National Institutes of Health and foundation funding. The responsibilities in this fellowship will include participating in intervention delivery and other study-related activities, including potentially assisting with preparation for studies, recruitment activities, data collection, data entry and analysis, and preparation and dissemination of the study findings.
Dr. Lorraine Robbins will supervise the graduate student. This fellowship involves a commitment to engaging in research activities for 10 hours/week with the study teams.
Eligibility
- MSU graduate student in good standing who is enrolled in the Fall of 2023 and Spring of 2024.
- Graduate student in a health-related program.
- Must have at least one open day per week (Monday through Thursday) in both Fall and Spring Semesters to travel to schools for study-related activities.

The deadline for submission is November 13, 2023.
The clinical trials Principal Investigator and potentially other faculty and team members will review your submitted information.
Funding of the Award
The award amount for from November 15, 2023, to May 15, 2024, is $6,000.
