Graduate Students

Background
This fellowship will provide a graduate student, who is in a health-related program, including public health, biostatistics, and epidemiology, the opportunity to gain experience with physical activity and healthy eating trials, including trials that are funded by the National Institutes of Health and foundation funding. The responsibilities in this fellowship will include assisting with preparation for studies, recruitment activities, data collection, intervention delivery, data entry and analysis, and preparation and dissemination of the study findings.
The graduate student will be supervised by two principal investigators. This fellowship involves a commitment of engaging in research activities for 20 hours/week with the principal investigators and their study teams.
Eligibility
1. MSU graduate student in good standing, who will be enrolled the Spring of 2023.
2. Graduate student in a health-related program, including public health, biostatistics, and epidemiology.

Your submitted information will be reviewed by the Principal Investigators on the clinical trials, as well as potentially other faculty and team members.
Funding of the Award
The award amount for the Spring Semester January 9, 2023 to May 9, 2023 is $12,500, paid in monthly installments.
