Graduate Students
The Nonprofit Leadership and Sustainability in Belize program provides graduate students the opportunity to put newly learned skills and knowledge to work with partner Belizean nonprofits.
Through this peer-to-peer collaboration, students will address individual nonprofit needs focused on three topics of sustainability including, financial sustainability, staff succession planning, and nonprofit strategic planning.
Collaborative work includes contributing to board development initiatives, designing diversified funding strategies, and co-developing a succession planning toolkit while developing vital cross-cultural communication skills. Contact Jennifer Marcy (marcyjen@msu.edu) with any questions.
