Returned Peace Corps volunteers who are enrolled in a graduate program

The MSU Peace Corps Office is seeking applicants for two ¼ time (10 hours per week) strategic recruiter positions. One position is available as a graduate assistant appointment; the second opening is an hourly appointment. The position will continue, based on performance, for the academic year 2021-22. Applicants must be both a current MSU graduate student and a Returned Peace Corps Volunteer (RPCV).

Duties include: recruitment of applicants, event planning, oversight of MSU Peace Corps’ website and contacts, presentations to student groups and career fairs, weekly office hours (flexible), creation of monthly reports and yearly recruitment plan, and liaison with the Chicago Regional Peace Corps Office. Successful candidates must have outstanding organizational, communication, and presentation skills. Review of résumés will begin upon receipt and the position will remain open until filled.
