Educators
This December, faculty and academic staff can enhance their teaching skills through a variety of educational technology sessions focused on creating effective assessments and mastering interactive tools like iClicker.
Join virtual sessions to explore MSU’s assessment technologies and discover how each tool can be used to enhance student learning in discussions, quizzes, exams, and creative projects. Additionally, iClicker will demonstrate how this classroom response system can increase engagement and provide instant feedback. Instructors will learn how to set up iClicker, run polls, sync with D2L Brightspace, and more.
For those looking to streamline their grading process or further develop their professional skills, there will be training on optimizing D2L’s grading features. MSU IT is also offering a Certification Pathways program to help educators earn credentials in course design, student engagement, and accessibility. Short video tutorials on D2L and educational tools are also available through the Educational Technology MediaSpace channel.
You can register for all sessions on the Educational Technology events calendar.
