Koru Mindfulness and Meditation Classes and Retreat

Through four weeks, you will learn research-validated methods to manage your stress and work more mindfully with thoughts and emotions. Koru Basic Mindfulness and Meditation starts on 2/2/22, Koru-2 will start on 4/6/22 and a 4-hour Koru retreat will be held on 4/9/22.
