Hiring: Undergraduate Scholarship Competition Coordinator

The MSU College of Education Office of Academic Affairs seeks an applicant to support their undergraduate scholarship competition. This position is hourly and the work is estimated at 10-20 hours per week with flexible hours from day to day and week to week, and is remote-friendly. Work could begin in December but will need to begin in January, with more intense work from February through much of April; some work may continue through May or June. We are looking for someone who will commit to the project throughout this time.

This position serves as the lead for the college undergraduate scholarship award process by providing oversight and coordination for undergraduate scholarship competition. This position leads multi-department communication for scholarship selection committees, assures compliance, eligibility requirements, and policy; analyzes information and makes decisions related to the award process; prepares and verifies the accuracy of records and reports; provides summary reports, coordinates the dissemination of undergraduate scholarships for the college at approximately 160+ scholarships.
