Graduate Student Evaluators Needed for UURAF 2018

Graduate Students:

Mark your calendars for the 2018 University Undergraduate Research and Arts Form (UURAF) on Friday, April 13th from 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM in the MSU Union.

The Undergraduate Research Office is seeking graduate students interested in providing constructive feedback to undergraduate students on their research presentations at UURAF. With nearly 1,000 undergraduate students participating, this is an excellent opportunity for those aspiring to be faculty members or research professionals to practice mentoring undergraduate students.

UURAF consists of both oral and poster presentations in 27 different categories. Posters are presented in four 90-minute blocks:

  • 9:00 AM – 10:30 AM
  • 11:00 AM – 12:30 PM
  • 1:00 PM – 2:30 PM
  • 3:00 PM – 4:30 PM

Oral presentation categories fall in three time blocks: 8:30 – 10:30, 11:00 – 1:00, and 1:30 – 3:30 with each presentation lasting 10 minutes with an additional 5 minutes allotted for questions.
