CIRTL's Spring 2021 online programming

Attention: Graduate Students & PostDocs

Registration is open for CIRTL's Spring 2021 online programming. This spring CIRTL's online programming includes a course (Basics of Online Learning and Teaching ), a MOOC, five workshops, two drop-in event series, and two Teaching-as-Research events, each designed to dig into specific aspects of inclusive, effective, evidence-based STEM pedagogy. Schedules and registration will be announced in the next few weeks, so stay tuned for updates! Comments? Questions? Contact the help desk at info@cirtl.net.

Are you interested in developing your STEM teaching and learning skillset? Consider signing up for the 8-week Massive Open Online Course (MOOC) starting next Monday! In this MOOC, students work through new content every week on their own schedule, making this course ideal for grad students and postdocs with busy schedules.

Are you starting to explore different career paths? Check out our four-part event series happening in March, "Exploring and Unpacking Post-PhD Career Possibilities: Recognizing and Articulating the Value of What You've Learned as a Graduate Student"! Each event in the series guides grad students and postdocs through discussion and reflection around skills you develop in your academic roles, and how those skills and your interests can translate into different career pathways in academia and beyond.
