Charting Pathways of Intellectual Leadership Roundtable: Navigating the Annual Review Process

ATTENTION:

Faculty, Staff

Date: Friday, November 8 from 1 to 4 p.m.

Location: STEM Teaching and Learning Facility, 2110

Too many faculty and staff in higher education today feel disconnected from their work. Come to this workshop to find out more about the Charting Pathways of Intellectual Leadership approach to meaningful work for annual review and craft a workplan. The initiative empowers faculty and staff across all disciplines in higher education to recognize and reward a wider diversity of activities as valuable work aligned with the individual values of faculty and the core values of institutions. Following the HuMetrics approach, alternate metrics adopted by respected scholarly communities of practice establish the impact and excellence of this rigorous academic work.

The workshop also provides administrators the opportunity to review sample documents associated with the approach and introduces the CPIL Toolbox project as a resource.
