Leslie Jo (LJ) Shelton is a University Enrichment Fellow. She is in the fifth year of the Higher, Adult, and Lifelong and Education (HALE) program. Her research has taken her to Canada and South Africa. She plans to work in student affairs as a full-time faculty member. She is studying the experiences of undocumented Latino students using critical race theory and resilience theory.
