Yoga to Calm Your Body and Mind

As you are wrapping up finals and end-of-semester activities, join us for a relaxing yoga session centered around a gentle Vinyasa flow with intentional breathing.

Bring your own Yoga mat if you have one. We also have a few yoga mats for you to borrow.
