Event by the MSU Science Communication org.
We are looking for scientists and artists interested in a collaborative art project to express a scientific concept. Participants will have access to artistic work spaces, workshops on how to express science creatively, and opportunities to collaborate with individuals from another field. Through this program, artist/scientist teams (or individuals) will create a piece of work and have the chance to display their artwork in the community in Fall 2019. Some funding will be available. Formal artistic or scientific training is not required to participate. Submissions should relate science or art to the theme "Life". Details of the program can be found here. The first event was a panel on Expressing Science Creatively at the MSU Broad Art Lab on 4/2, from 6 - 7:30 PM. If you have any questions, please contact email@example.com.
