ONLINE: Chair & Desk Yoga

Let’s take a break! - Before we all take on the shape of our chairs because many of us are confined to our home office, and our desks for hours not having to walk to buildings and classrooms on campus, let’s do some simple yoga exercises and take a few breaths.

No previous experience is necessary, and anyone including your children, pets, siblings, spouses are welcome to join this 10 – 15 minute session on Wednesdays.
