Michigan is home to a growing craft brewing industry and to craft brewing enthusiasts. This September, the MSU Center for Interdisciplinarity and University Outreach and Engagement are excited to present a panel on knowledge integration for craft brewing. This panel will bring together members of academia and industry, as well as hobbyists, and focus on how specific tools and approaches can be used to coordinate these groups’ different methods, expertise, and ways of knowing.
