Candidates for a Bachelor, Master, Doctoral or Professional Degree Application

Complete the on-line graduation application form on or before the end of the first week of the semester you expect to complete your degree requirements. This will assure that your name is included in the commencement program.

If you plan to complete your requirements in FS20, please submit an Application for Graduation form by September  9, 2020 to ensure the listing of your name in the commencement program.
