There are many times and places in our lives when we need to speak up for ourselves. Whether it’s a difference of option with our advisor, an ongoing dispute with loved ones or roommates, or personal differences with colleagues and friends, learning to manage and resolve conflict is an essential life skill. In this workshop, we will talk about some basic principles of productive confrontation and how to apply them across different contexts.

This event is part of a workshop series brought to you by COGS and The Graduate School Office of Well-Being. Contact Meg Moore, Director of GROW, with any questions: akehimeg@msu.edu.
