MSU Graduate and Professional Students are invited to join a Bystander Intervention Training on Tuesday, March 28th from 9-11am in the Brody Large Private Dining room located in the Brody Square dining hall- breakfast included. Please let the host person know you are there for the POE Bystander Intervention Training-- you will not need to pay at the door.
Presented by the Prevention, Outreach and Education Department, and facilitated by staff from the It's On Us national organization (https://www.itsonus.org), the Bystander Intervention workshop will discuss ways to challenge, interrupt, and prevent gender-based violence by being active bystanders. This workshop will explore what bystander intervention is, specific skills and behaviors to use, and opportunities to practice using scenarios.
