This year's IN!SPIRES Wellbeing Retreat invites graduate students and postdocs to connect with themselves and others to find ways to practice holistic wellbeing together. 

In this retreat we come together to learn mindfulness, yoga, and ways to rest. We will create a heartful community and share food. There will also be small wellbeing gifts for all.
