Navigating difficult conversations and resolving conflicts is an inevitable aspect of academic life.
Whether it's a difference of opinion with an advisor, a PI, or a peer, or a more significant clash of vision and values, learning to speak up while preserving relationships is an essential life skill.
In this workshop, we will talk about some basic principles of productive confrontation and how to apply them in your current context and beyond.
Email Meg Moore, GROW Director, at akehimeg@msu.edu, for more information.
This session is limited to 45 participants.
60 minutes of RECR credit available.
Registration will open on September 22.
