Assessment drives student learning. In this workshop, we will discuss means through which one can use assessment to enhance students' retrieval and metacognition (i.e., thinking about one's learning). We will challenge participants to reflect on their own uses and experiences with assessment, and we look forward to co-creating immediately useful assessment plans that will better undergraduate students' learning.
