The Chicago Biomedical Consortium and P33, in partnership with the Burroughs Wellcome Fund and Cresa, is holding a one-of-a-kind career and networking event for Black, Indigenous, & People of Color (BIPOC) PhDs and Postdocs in life sciences and we need your help with spreading the word! 

BIPOC in Biotech will bring together BIPOC PhDs and Postdocs across the Midwest with a variety of local life sciences organizations to build connections and community, give students an insider view into a breadth of career opportunities, and provide expert tips on how to market themselves and pitch their work for these potential career pathways. There are currently have more than 20 companies eager to connect with PhDs to tell them about the vibrant biotech ecosystem we are building in Chicago.

Travel awards are offered to PhD students and Postdocs in the life sciences who register before March 10, with the goal of bringing in trainees outside of the Chicagoland area.
