In graduate school, evidence shows students are substantially negatively impacted by stress, self-judgement, and poor sleep habits. Through this workshop, graduate students will have a unique opportunity to learn Koru Mindfulness skills to improve health, reduce stress, and enhance academic performance. KORU Mindfulness is an evidence-based curriculum specifically designed for teaching mindfulness, meditation, and stress management to graduate students.
