Communicating Your Professional and Scholarly Self: An #ITeachMSU Series (Part Two)

Friday, March 23, 2018 - 3:00pm to 4:30pm
110 Chittenden Hall

When crafting a personal or scholarly narrative, there are a series of factors that are helpful to consider: Audience, structure, and sustainability. This workshop will explore the relationship between these three aspects and your own narrative by asking Who will be engaging with your story and why? What do I want my narrative to look like, read like, do I want people to engage? and How do you determine what to share and not to share and how does this change over time? all the while keeping in mind who you currently are, where you are at, and where you want to go.

*This is Part Two of a three-part series. In signing up for this series you are signing up to participate in all parts (March 16, March 23, March 30). To register, please visit the event page for the first session (March 16).

**If you missed Part One, but are interested in the series, we will be offering a One-day Intensive version of this series. For more information, please see the registration page for this event.
