Explorations in Instructional Technology: Using the REAL Classroom at MSU: Faculty Perspectives
Fall 2013 schedule for the "Explorations in Instructional Technology" brown bag seminar series. All sessions are scheduled for Fridays throughout the semester, from 12:00 noon to 1:00 p.m., in room 105 Natural Science Building. (The first session is on Friday, September 6.)

This semester's presentations include flipped course experiences, experiences of faculty who taught in the REAL rooms and who taught a MOOC, coverage of the changing world of e-texts and different ways to engage students in creating an e-text, helping students with their writing, and the use of an eportfolio system. Updates will also be provided on videoconferencing alternatives and on the D2L implementation. Our "Halloween" meeting (October 25) will help us survive the coming zombie apocalypse. Of course, there are other offerings as well, and everyone is welcome to attend the sessions of their choice. No prior registration is necessary.
