FREE Fall 2013 Graduate Fitness Classes
Through the Office of Graduate Student Life & Wellness's continued partnership with MSU Recreational Sports and Fitness Services, we are pleased to announce an increase in fitness classes for the 2013-14 academic year. The following classes will be offered twice weekly, Cardio Kickboxing, Zumba and Yoga.
The fitness classes are as follows:
•Cardio Kickboxing: Monday 4:15pm IM East Multipurpose Room - Class size limit: 65
•Cardio Kickboxing: Thursday 6:20pm IM Circle Upper Gym - Class size limit: 100
•Zumba: Tuesday 6:20pm IM Circle Upper Gym - Class size limit: 100
•Zumba: Wednesday 4:15pm IM East Multipurpose Room - Class size limit: 65
•Yoga: Thursday 4:15pm IM East Multipurpose Room - Class size limit: 55
•Yoga: Friday 2:00pm IM Circle Upper Gym - Class size limit: 55
It is important to note that these classes are filled on a first come, first serve basis. To secure your spot in the class, plan on arriving early. Please remember to bring your MSU student id for entry into the building.
