The Office of Graduate Student Life & Wellness and the MSU Counseling Center, as part of Graduate Student Life & Wellness initiatives, present this 3 week workshop on the Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) methods of Jon Kabat-Zinn, a well known Mindfulness instructor and author of Full Catastrophe Living, Coming to Our Senses, and Where Ever You Go, There You Are…This experiential workshop offers action oriented opportunities to learn Mindfulness-based meditation and stress reduction. Participants will engage in many types of meditation. The first session introduces you to mindfulness meditation; the next two optional follow-up sessions provide opportunities to practice mindfulness.
