Symposium on Teaching, Learning and Graduate Education at MSU
Current and past FAST, IIT and RCAH fellows are invited to participate in a symposium on teaching, learning and graduate education at Michigan State University. The symposium is intended to be a forum in which fellows may share their work on teaching and learning in these respective programs with one another and with the larger university community. It is also a forum in which to highlight the variety of ways in which graduate education at MSU is committed to preparing future faculty to engage in all aspects of undergraduate education. To this end, fellows may present papers or posters on formal scholarship of teaching and learning projects or on other types of studies centered on teaching and learning. Presentations may be on completed projects or works in progress.
Fellow should submit short proposals (150 words) of the project, including the stage of research (i.e. completed or in-progress) and the format (i.e. paper or poster) by 5:00pm Friday, March 15. Please include relevant affiliation and contact information (i.e. fellowship program, department and college, email address, etc.). Send proposals to Colleen Tremonte at firstname.lastname@example.org.
